Lovely 2 bed flat. Quiet area. Own garage and shared garden. Nicely decorated, living room south facing so always has sun (when its out!). Good sized kitchen with lots of storage and laminated flooring, GCH/combi boiler. 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes in each. White bathroom suite with tiled around bath and tiled floor. Shower over bath. carpet throughout (except kitchen, which will be left). 5 minutes from A20/A2. 2 minute walk to shops, library and superstore. Hospital 5 minutes away. We are looking for a minimum of a 3 bed flat/maisonette/bungalow/house with a garden preferable. We have now 2 children who have to share one room - boy aged 9 and girl aged 1 hence the reason for exchange. The flat is in such a lovely area and we will miss it greatly especially our neighbors which we have been very lucky with. We are looking to stay in the area of Sidcup but will consider Bexley, Old Bexley and Bexleyheath.
