BAILEY RANGER
It was bought in April 2005 and is thus a 2005 model. It is a Bailey Ranger 550/6 which means it is a 6 berth caravan with a double bunk permanently set up at the end. We specifically bought this with a baby in mind knowing that once we had put him to bed if we wanted to grab a beer from the fridge or indeed make a cup of tea we were not going to be banging into his bunk had it been on the side as the 5 berth vans do. The caravan comes with a Full Dorema Awning with light weight poles and storm straps. The awning is green with curtains, it was again purchased from Greentrees a year later from original purchase. The caravan is kept under a permanent shelter in our back garden where it is locked up with the Alko Hitchlock/stabiliser (as recommended by insurers) Whilst being kept at home it is permanently hooked up the electric and therefore is always warm and cosy and consequently no damp. The caravan will also come with a set of steps (2-step steps as I have arthritis and they make getting in and out easy!), Gas Bottle, TV Socket and Aerial, CRIS registered, Electric Hook Up and Battery Back up. The caravan is equipped with a Thetford Cassette toilet (which empties from the outside-thankfully!), Truma water heater, Trumatic Heater, Dometic Fridge Freezer, Country Leisure Gas Hob,Oven and Grill, Awning Light, Reading lights, clock, loads of storage space, good size wardrobe, chest of drawers and a fab cupboard for all the kids toys or clothes at the end of the double bunk! The caravan is in great condition and has a brand new fitted carpet (which has never yet been walked on!!) There is 1 small chip in the sink basin in the kitchen area which cannot be seen when cover is down over the sink. This happened when a plate leapt out of the cupboard at me! Apart from that no other defects
